NSR Motor – 7-Day Return Policy

At NSR Motor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Return:

1. Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

3. Original invoice/bill must be provided.

4. Electrical parts, customized products, or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

🚫 Returns Will Be Rejected If:

The product has been used or installed.

Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

The item is damaged due to customer handling.

Return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

📦 How to Return:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or fill out the return request form on our website.

2. After approval, ship the product back to us via a trusted courier service.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 2-4 working days.

💸 Refund Details:

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

If the return is due to a customer error (wrong product ordered, etc.), the shipping charges will not be refunded.
